Asian HCG Diet Recipes

Kimchi Salad
Ingredients for this HCG diet recipe include 1 small Napa (Chinese) cabbage that is chopped in chunks and Salt. For its dressing, they need 1/4 cup of rice wine vinegar, 1 clove of garlic, 1 tbsp garlic chilli paste (sambal olek), 1-2 tbsp grated ginger, 1 tbsp bragg’s, wheat free soy sauce or tamari, and pepper.
The first thing to do is to layer cabbage with sprinkled salt in a colander placed inside a bowl. Then mix the ingredients for dressing the in a separate container. Leave these preparations overnight. In the morning, rinse and drain the cabbage before mixing it with the dressing. Wait for several hours before consuming.
Organic Tea Jello
HCG diet recipes do not have to include only plain dishes. Desserts are also welcome in this diet plan so as to entice its dieters despite their strict food intake. Tea Jello is ideal as a light dessert or if dieters are craving for a unique comfort food.
For this dessert, dieters would need 2 packages of gelatine powder, 2 bags of their choice tea, 4 cups of water, and Stevia for additional sweetness.
The first thing to do is to boil at least 2 cups of water. Sprinkle the gelatin and stir continuously until the mixture is completely dissolved. Dip the teabags in the remaining two cups of water until its entire flavor are transferred in the water; add Stevia for additional sweetness, but it is optional. Mix the flavored water with the hot water containing the gelatin mixture and place it in the freezer. Wait until it forms into a Jello before consuming.

It is very important to note that certain HCG diet recipes are designed for a specific phase. Dieters should always remember this because their intended calorie intake varies depending on the phase that they are in right now.
