What people could do in addition to limiting the consumption of carbs is to take in more protein. Not only does an increased intake of protein lessen the chances of sugar build up, eating more of meat will make folks feel full comparably longer. If an individual moves his bowel on a daily basis, he would be able to excrete wastes that can accumulate and be turned into fat. Regular BMs keeps the intestines active and healthy too.
